Brooklyn Dumpling Shop (131 1st Avenue) Brooklyn Dumpling will soon be the first to market a one-of-a-kind quick-serve dumpling restaurant at St. Mark’s Place in the East Village of Manhattan. The 24-hour restaurant, opening Wednesday, May 19th, will have a contactless ordering system with the most innovative technology of today and Zero Human Interaction (ZHI) throughout the entire grab-and-go process. The state-of-the-art food locker will offer guests a safe and easy option to pick up orders at their peak freshness. Safety measures being implemented at Brooklyn Dumpling Shop will include contact-free ordering kiosks allowing customers to order ahead or scan a QR code at the TRAY kiosk, enabling them to order directly from their mobile phone. Their order will be sent to TRAY’s glove-enabled kitchen display system, then temperature-controlled lockers for easy pickups.

Brooklyn Dumpling Shop will feature 32 unique dumpling varieties including Pastrami, Bacon Cheese Burger, Lamb Gyro, French Onion Soup, Philly Cheesesteak, Impossible and Reuben and Peanut Butter & Jelly. Three dumplings start at just $4.95. Traditional Soup Dumplings such as Matzo Ball soup are featured in addition to Wonton Soup Dumplings with a choice of three different broths and dumplings available to mix and match. Indulge in Spring Rolls as well with options including Lobster Spring Rolls, Veggie and Peking Duck.

They will also offer crave-worthy, fast and affordable breakfast dumplings such as the Bacon, Egg and Cheese Cro’ Sumplings ($4.95) with the flakiness of a croissant inside the shape of a dumpling. Save room for hot and frozen Dessert Dumplings including Fried Apple and Frozen Hot Chocolate Ice Cream Sundae Dumplings ($4.95).

A variety of beer and wine will be available in addition to-go cocktail pouches filled with Frosés like the Lychee Martini and Red Velvet ($10). Delivery will be offered from all third-party ordering platforms.
