NYRR Midnight Run (Central Park) Every year I think about starting off the year in a healthy way. If you are ready to exercise your way into 2018, the New York Road Runners Midnight Run is for you. Live music and dancing starts at 10 p.m. Each runner can bring one guest to the pre-race area and finish line. With a countdown to the end of 2017 beginning at 11:59 p.m., the four-mile run will begin on the stroke of midnight, as will a spectacular fireworks display to light up the night. Carb up and burn those calories right away.
